The rhinestones come in lengths along 'sticky' backing ... admittedly I had to cut smaller sections (usually 3) and then use them to get the curves, but I'm pretty happy with the result.

I put letters on both sides so it can be viewed from each side of the table.

The reindeer came from a lovely Christmas shop that I stumbled across when buying one of DH's chrissy gifts.

They also had a standing version but as they didn't have the box/styrofoam I was hesitant to buy it as it was a bit 'exxy' and I want to safely store it from one year to the next.

Well the reindeer is stunning. And the rhinestones worked brilliantly. Thanks for the tip. I hope to get mine done later in the week.
