Chicken Bits
By demand of the forum owner I'm posting this recipe here.
These are the easiest nibbles you can imagine. You can change the sauces to suit your family and your allergies or intolerances. They are so yummy you will rarely make enough. I use a mixture of two or three sauces depending on how I feel and if I can remember what I used that time when everyone told me how wonderful they were. I've stated 2kg of wings in the recipe but I really don't know how many I use. I've given some idea of the amount of sauces I use but it's only an estimate as I've never measured them.
2kg chicken wings (jointed, discard the tips or keep them for chicken stock)
100 ml mustard sauce
50 ml soy sauce
100 ml tomato sauce
Put the jointed chicken wings in a baking dish, spread them out as much as possible. Pour the sauces over the top and put them in the oven at about 180°C for at least an hour and a half, longer is better. Turn them over and baste them once or twice to ensure they're coated evenly.
Friendly for all intolerances if you're careful which sauces you use.
