Doesn't Jamie Oliver do a cheat's version of bechamel with creme fraiche or something?

DH is shaking his head as 'real lasagne doesn't have bechamel sauce', lol.

Jamie O does indeed do the cheats version of b sauce ... and it is awesome!!

1 x tub of creme fraiche..
some parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Mix.. use. ... warning.. you will never ever again feel the need to make anything else!

I often add a splash of milk as the creme fraiche we get here is thicker.. you can add light cream if feeling indulgent..
