Looks lovely Rosie - and what a perfect name - it really is a silver/sage colour.

If I was painting furniture I'd go the Porter's Paint route - you don't have to use as much so its not so expensive and they seem to get the colours right everytime.

^ Perfection!!!!! Absolutely love it! I want (ie; would 'like') 2 duck egg blue French commodes for my Lounge room . That's not too much to ask, is it? LOL!

Any of the colours white, black or duck egg would look absolutely gorgeous, TTD. Big decision!!

Okay!!! I think I will. Unfortunately the duck egg blue that describes one of my bed linen sets is not duck egg blue I got alot of paint chips yesterday and it looks more of a sage colour. But that is okay. New linen on the agenda. Definitely think I want blue tables.

Ah. No. I don't think we need to stencil the fabric, I would rather search high and low to find a pattern rather than do that! But the way it was put together looks easy peasy. Yes?

Yep I've used lots of power tools. My Dad is pretty handy with a bit of timber and some nails, unfortunatley for me he lives in Brisbane. I also have a builder as a neighbour ;-) I don't think DH has a jigsaw (oops just wrote jogsaw!) but I'm sure someone I know would. I still want a slat bed though so that will be my first thing to find.
