apple slice - great for the lunchbox

hey guys, I found this recipe and tried it out, it is an easy one (I only ever choose easy ones as I am fairly inept in the kitchen )

But it is great as a lunchbox slice, or as dessert with a dollop of cream or smothered in hot custard, mmm and if you read the comments below there are loads of variations you could do with it.
