Go Sarah, you can do it girl! Every time you need some encouragement, let us know....and if you feel the need to indulge in naughty foods, maybe you should so some work on that chair aye!! Distraction is a wonderful thing.

Did well today.......cereal brekkie, some fruit for snack mid morning......some potato and leek soup for lunch....some cherry toms for afternoon snack.....and some stir fry vegies and small amt noodles dinner....
Didn't get any exercise in though but its a start...
Oh and had lots of water....I only drink herbal tea (no milk or sugar) and only drink water but upped the water... And everytime I thought I was hungry I tried a drink of water.....

Well done Rosie - that's a great effort .
Well this is motivating . Sarah you made me feel so guilty after my 1 square of chocolate that Elements forced me to eat , that I did 30 mins on the treadmill this avo. And that was with feeling a bit fluey. I actually even feel less fluey after exercising- and slimmer. Thanks for the motivation Sarah .

Rosie, are you vegetarian - because if not, that is one thing I would suggest - add some protein to each meal. Reduce those carbs

I agree with you Cherylle, less carbs helps with the healthy eating. Rosie you can always try creamy scrambled eggs for breakfast ( I think I have posted the recipe ) Or maybe oats with a drizzle of honey and skim milk. for a mid morning snack you can try two rice thins with 4 slices of tomato ( 2 on each ) also add a slice of light cheese cut in half, tastes yummy, for afternoon snack try a small green apple with maybe 6 almonds.

An update on the nudist gym - a yoga instructor has offered to take yoga classes!! My mind couldn't get past the treadmill and exercise bike - the thought of yoga is even worse.

Sorry Lorraine but no topping would ever induce me to suffer eating rice thins, seriously they taste just like what I imagine cardboard would. I bought three packets for a diet I started, diet stopped and rice thins got left in the pantry as DH thought I might get to like them - no way! They were finally ditched on the weekend. Don't think there is any hope for me, actually yes there is give me a banana.
