Rebel Sports in Karrinyup (Perth) is closing down and have shoes at 50% off. Everything in store is at least 25% off.

Here's one to make you laugh (or shudder in horror) - I was just reading about a gym in Spain that is changing to, wait for it ... one for nudists!!

Could you imagine anything worse?

Um I don't know how to follow that.........a nudist gym you know that would be a sight for saw eyes and ***** and .................
At the moment I am being super careful about what I eat beacuse of my non walking issues......but I am really struggling with having to consider everything especially over easter.
I think with all the walking on one leg I am exhausted by the end of the day but its not actually helping me weight wise.
Hopefully soon I can start physio and work on actual weight loss. Any good ideas for incapacitated exercise?
Sounds like you have all enjoyed success with ww. I just need to lose 4 kg but no matter what I can not shake it.......
No carbs at night has been a success though.

Cherylle, I actually heard that on the news this morning on the way to the gym. I mentioned it to my P.T. we both started laughing about it.

Rosie Rose, you should never call it a diet. Look at it as a healthier way of eating. Also remember to drink lots of water.

Well.... I went to the sleep clinic a month or so ago... and I tipped the scales at 100kg... I am totally disgusted in myself and my health is definitely suffering because of my weight..... my sister did the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation and has lost 30kg.... so today, I decided that I am going to do her 12 Week Challenge! So... here is to a new me... I haven't been a size 12 for 11 years, and would be quite happy to get back to that! I will be joining the gym with my daughter either this week or next (depends when the pay cheque comes in lol)

I was going to start this morning until Elements came over with a yummy bar of chocolate (yes I am dobbing you in K). Well I had to have a square to be polite- right???

Yay go Sarah...I follow Michelle on facebook but to be honest have never paid too much attention to it. I think that is really telling of my thoughts on diet/weightloss.
