What bargains for your home have you found recently? I bought 2 of these lovely mirrors at Target for $95 each (they are 600 x 900mm). Thingz have them as well for $98.
I love a great bargain.

Hi Chelsee
It's 600mm x 900mmso not a bad size. The other great place for reasonable priced mirrors is Scurrs Antiques, Beaufort St Mt Lawley. They have a huge range, most of them traditional style though.

I bought this from Ikea for our bedroom. I thought they were a reasonable price at $299, and a little different to all the modern stuff around.

I saw these at IKEA on the weekend and I think I will get them for our new bathroom.
The toilet brush was $9.95
The tooth brush holder was $5
and the bin is $29.95
I thought they were great prices.

Yesterday whilst shopping for my beach house clients I picked up doona covers & 2 pillowcases for $10 ea for singles and $12 each for Queen size in K-Mart. They were different versions of blue stripes and very attractive. They probably aren't the greatest quality but for spare linen or a holiday house they were a real bargain.:love it:

Lovin' the mirror Julie-Ann and what a bargain. I have a similar mirror that I purchased from Freedom a few years ago but it set me back around $300!

Nice work! I think it's great to snaffle a bargain like that. Particularly when, as you've said, they don't need to be superior quality. Good looks are key in this situation.
Did you negotiate, as part of your fee, for them to give you a week at the house for free? You know you have to find a way to get down there and photograph the house for us, right??!!!

Another great bargain I bought a few months ago was this glass coffee table. Freedom sell one that looks identical for $329. I bought mine from Amart for $149:clapping:.

Lol I will ask for photos instead:D. I have no desire to go to Esperance - it's a 7hour drive. Way too far away for me. I could be in Singapore in 5 hours instead and all that shoe shopping in Singapore:love it:.
If it was Busselton or Dunsborough then that would be another story- great places to visit:thumbs up:

Because it is just in the room Mr17 uses I refused to pay full price and waited 2 years until I found it on sale.
The other day I found Mr17 laying under the glass coffee table with his book splayed out on top of it- and he was holding his PS3 remote. He was multi tasking- playing Playstation and reading his book at the same time:D:D. He obviously loves the glass table.
