Hi All,

It seems like there are so many new people messages! Well hi! Im Jane and I live in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. I just love country style decor. There are so many great old houses here that I would love to have the chance to fix and decorate!

Would be nice to swap ideas!

Jane

Hi Fiona,

Congratulations on the development of your new little baby! We have a nearly 5 year old son named Joel, a 3 year old daughter named Deborah and our most recent child is another son named Reuben who is 7 months old.

What brought you to this forum? I havent yet had a chance to really go for it in the decorating of a home in a country style, which is what I like.I just enjoy those magazines and books. I have made a new friend recently and she and her husband are doing up an old house and they have already decorated it with some old furniture they have revamped. I enjoy visiting their house!

Thanks for the welcome. Would be nice to chat again.

Hi Jane,

Thank you for the congrats on our little baby. I am very excited and totally enjoying everything. Congrats on your little family too. My kids are Mason 9 and Airlie 4 with baby boy due in July.

I am only new to this forum (a couple of weeks) and have started to come here almost on a daily basis lol. At first I wasn't sure what the forum was really going to offer me because I thought I had no style but now I am visiting I really enjoy it. Im new to decorating and have a young family so budget is always an issue but the girls here are very helpful. I just posted about doing a baby boy nursery and so far have gotten some great tips and ideas.

I also wasn't sure what my style actually was so I did the quiz that Julie-Ann suggested and reallly started to understand even though I thought I had no style I actually did. I just didn't know what it was called??
By the way my style is Zen and Cottage Chic

I recently slowed down running my business due to this pregnancy being high risk so I needed a hobby, Thank goodness I started coming here cause there is only so much facebooking I can do! It is actually nice to have some other interest other then my work.

Julie-Ann and all the other members are really nice so don't be afraid to post any questions or reply with your thoughts cause thats what the forum is all about.

Chat to you soon

Hi Jane....nice to meet you :) Would you believe my son and his now wife used to live in Kalgoorlie 6 years ago. My son used to work for Gold Field Air Services, his wife Sandi used to manage a jeans store. :D

Hello Jane and welcome,
Daphne I don't remember seeing No style on the quiz:confused::D:D
Thats funny though, imagine doing the quiz and it coming up with your answer being
"Back away from the quiz you have NO STYLE":D
