How was your trip to Melbourne? I hope you had a nice time.:D

Hellooo, Yes its nice to be back, let me just say, we really did not think of anything back here. It was great to just think about what we were going to do for the day not what do we need to do on the house:eek:

So DS coped very well with his 1st plane trip and we took all the right things, thank goodness.
Our friends gave up their apartment on St kilda rd and we could see across the city and it was only a 10 min walk to Southbank.
We went to Prarahn markets for breaky and St kilda beach/bay/dirty water area:eek: where the most unusual scary, funny thing happened................
DS decided to run straight into the water fully clothed and splash around, fall over get back up diveback in.......only knee length water but I have never seen anything like it and he just wouldn't stop....he ended up having a ball once I put my eyes back in my head and my heart back in my chest......
Beautiful BBQ with friends Sat night and a massive possum came for some dessert.
Sunday was spent going to David Jones, Myer and the city shops....I am now the proud owner of a new mushroom coloured purse and black leather satchell;) followed by a drink on a funky little roof top bar......
So happy to be back and at home with my surroundings but it was a perfect little getaway to recharge.
Looking forward to catching up and getting some work done;)

It sounds like a fabulous trip. I love Melbourne - such a vibrant city and so many great shops:D.
Did you get some photos of your DS splashing about? He sounds so cute:D
