Half Painted Chair

Hello everyone!

Julie-Ann thinks I am crazy for only painting half a chair. So, I thought I would ask your opinion??

This is what I wrote on my blog today:

I sorta kinda wished I wasn't so lazy with this above chair. But at the time, it was a great idea. Who was going to see the back when I put it up against a wall? It made sense at the time. Apparently no one else has ever done this? I asked around. What? You have never not painted the back of something?? Now I actually want to use it.....

What do you think? Would you do this?

Who paints half the chair? It wouldn't even occur to me to do so.
You know what they say "Do it once and do it properly". They being my father who drilled that into me.

I know who does paint half the chair lol But if it's going to be up against the wall who is going to see it anyway :D
I love it and think it's too funny. Only Katrina can think of something like this lol
It's almost the same as my dh wearing the odd socks all the time :o

Odd socks are fine. Not painting the back of a bookcase is also forgivable..
Umm a chair.. NO... sorry. You HAVE to paint the back of it... hahaha

It is easily moved, and one could be forgiven for thinking it SHOULD and COULD be moved... sorry... paint brush back out!!!

I too am capable of this type of thinking... so not judging.. but I usually start with the hard to see bits and then do the front bits later. That way if you are over it.. you are still motivated!
