Do you dispose of your doggie's doo in the bin? And then hate that the bin smells so disgusting:(? Thanks to Eli I think I have found a solution - the Doggie Doo Digester (http://www.dogdoo.com.au/index.asp?pgid=1).
These are the details of the Doggie Doo Digester -
Health Danger: Dog waste is full of harmful bacteria and even parasites which can be transferred to humans. “If we can all be a little bit more environmentally responsible, then everyone will be much better off’ says Chris Glance, the ‘greenie’ inventor.
Simply Dig, Place and Fill The bucket sized Digester is placed in a hole in the garden and surrounded by pebbles and soil. Water is filled to just below a row of holes half way up the bucket walls. The special Digester solution is added monthly. No Odour, No fuss, No Harm No Worries! Simply drop the dog waste in the Digester and replace the lid and let the system do the rest. No smell, No fuss, No worries and no harm to the garden or environment.

The product is available online for $59.95 - $76.95 (depending on shipping costs).

Now all we need is a product that forces the children or partners to scoop up the doggie doo instead of us.:D

So what do you think?

Fantastic that you found one in Australia but I think I will stick with the american one as my clever mutts would have the lid off this one and be using it as a frisbie. I'm also not keen about having to stir the muck every month

We came home today to a 'mess'. Winston is so smart that now he knows he is allowed in at night he started barking at 4pm as it was getting colder (of course I bought him in to silence him), then progressed to midday this week. As we knew we would be in Melbourne for most of the afternoon and early evening we let him in so that the neighbours didn't get annoyed - never again!!!!!

We might try the fake grass thing inside for number ones but I'm concenred that as the boys **** their leg they will miss entirely, my little girl will get it right I am sure :)

Lol they sound too clever for their own good Eli:D.
I don't know if I would use the fake grass inside. Even if you had a tray under the grass to catch the pee - it would really smell:(
