Hello from Canberra

Hi Everyone,

I am new :) My husband and I bought a house just over 12 months ago and we have been ripping things out and are now just getting to the putting back together part lol. We are doing most of it ourselves (with the help of family tradies) to save money so it is taking forever!

I've have joined the forums to get some inspiration as sometimes it can get a little overwealming and it helps to have some support also it might assist with motivation as it is hard when you work full time and then spend your "free" time on the house.

Welcome Willow...............sound like fun..............the putting it all together is the best bit. If there is anything in particular that you would like advice on just let us know....we love that kind of stuff and there are heaps of members with lots of experience to offer advice...........

Great time to have joined at the start of putting it back together. We can offer all sorts of ideas and help.....there are lots of renos, builds and decorators here to help and we are all nice;):D
Oh and Rosie Rose is correct in saying we loooooove photos. So if you get a chance you can start your own thread about your pulling apart and putting back together and then just update when you do.;)

I'm in Canberra too and we just bought a house a year ago also - and like you our place needs a lot of work which we are mostly doing ourselves.
