:)

Hi there, I've been asked to introduce myself... so here it is...

I'm in the Western suburbs of Perth, but have lived in Ballarat Victoria for a long time.

Yes, my husband's a builder. So we are one of those families that move every year to a new house. Fun. Sometimes. Sometimes not fun with 3 boys under 7!

We have built 5 new homes, and renovated 2. One was Classic Victorian 100 years old, and this one is ugly 1970's horror!

I'm enjoying this forum. Hearing everyone's building concerns and dramas takes me back to the times I've faced similar problems.

If you have any building questions, I'd be happy to give you an opinion. It is a tricky, confusing, complicated process to build, and I hope my experiences might help you :)

Are you renovating the house at the moment or finished it?
