Hi
How have you been?
Are you doing anything special today?
I have to take Mr16 for a day of work experience with a Federal politician. Yes he wants to be a politician:eek:.
I also have to go and chat to a lady about her kitchen today. Oh and get some silk plants so the dog will stop chewing my real ones:D.

Hi Jasmine
Was the afternoon better for you? That was not a great start to the day:)
My day started pretty lousy as well, after my FB outburst - I got lost going to my clients and the silk plant shop didn't have anything I wanted. But when I picked up Mr16 this afternoon he has had such a good day doing work experience he chatted all the way home. When they become teenagers you cherish any moment they chose to chat with you:D. So it was a wonderful end to the day.
Cheers

Children always have a way of making our days better.
My 5yo has just come in (I'm doing my housework and supposed to be dusting the study) he's still in his pj's and its almost 3pm. I asked him to go and get dressed as I need to go to the supermarket. He slumped his shoulders and fell down on the sofa, he said he will just wear his pj's out
I love school holidays :)

I love school holidays too. I am with the 5 year old - the other day it was 11am and I was still in my PJ's & what about when the washing machine repair man knocked on the door & there I was in short silky PJ's.
The best part of school holidays is sleeping in. Mr16 starts school on Friday. We will start to move our wake up times ahead this week:(

I love school holidays too especially sleeping in. But after a month of holidays I think my patience is wearing thin. My twins keep themselves amused but they just don't stop talking and sometimes I just want peace and quiet.
Funny you are all talking about pj's my 9 year old dd is often in her pj's until 2 in the afternoon and I have to remind her to go and get dressed. On the other hand her brother gets dressed as soon as possible.
There is one more week to go of school holidays and we will also have to start getting them to go to bed early.
