I thought to add this forum so there was a place where we could chat as friends about things other than Interior Decorating.
Like yesterday when Citibank for several hours said our credit cards didn't exist. Amongst my sheer frustration with them I did ask does this mean I don't owe them any money. Just as we were ringing to close our non existing account they found it. Of course, they have deleted us from internet banking and now we have to go through their long process to register again. BANKS:mad:.
I only persisted because they offer 1 Qantas frequent flyer point for $1 you spend. This is the account I use for the business. So with a kitchen costing usually $30K that's a lot of points. Does anyone know another bank that does 1 point for $1? If you do I think I would change over at this stage.
