Set up a new house

I have to write a list for my beach house client of everything they will need to fit out there house. We have the furniture, flooring and curtains covered.
But I need a list of all the little things. This is what they have sent me so far:

Ikea do bundles of stuff for people moving out of home which would be perfect - they have all your cutlery, crockery pots and pans etc.
