Help me find a Stone Dining Table Please

I m looking for a stone or granite or marble dining table for my new Al fresco area by the pool, which will be undercover.

I have found a couple of sites on line, but getting a reply from them has been difficult. I will only try the once!!:mad:

My hubby doesnt want wood again, as it does deteriorate quite quickly where we live, and glass scratches, so i thought a stone dining table would look fab and maybe wear a little better.

Does anyone have any advise on these or have one. I d love more info before i find one and purchase.

Any web sites or stores Brissy/Gold Coast way would be even better.

Hi Susie
I have bought granite top tables at The Complete Garden before, they have a beautiful wrought iron base and come in a variety of colours. They are very good value and my customers have been very happy with the quality.
An alternative is the stone made from fibreglass and cement. There is a picture of one below. This is a company Toppco (http://www.toppco.com.au/tables.html) that manufacturers them, they may have a stockist near you.

Wow:):) thank you, ive just taken a look, yes this is the type of thing im looking for, they look great, not sure if i want wrought iron beneath, but im heading in the right directions, thanks ladies. Just need to locate some poly whicker chairs now!! :)
