Orchids Inside

Can you have too many orchids in your house? I really love these flowers but perhaps I am being too dull. I love to have flowers or plants in most rooms - for me they bring life to a room or the outside in. But this is how many orchids I have already:
1 silk orchid in the front room next to the fire - not enough light in there for a real one.
1 in the Family room on the coffee table - I also have other real & silk plants in this open area.
1 in the Ensuite.
1 on my bedside table.

I am thinking of changing the flowers on the hall table to you guessed it an orchid:o. Just don't tell my DH I am hoping he won't notice:D.

I do have lavender in a pot on the meals table and roses on my dressing table (soon to be changed too but not an orchid- I promise)

So should I change the hall flowers to orchids or is that boring?
Any suggestion to what else?
My look is classic traditional/touches of French and Hamptons/splashes of contemporary.

I have just changed the Family room to summer mode- so the lighter toile cushion, the taupe throw rug and a bone linen lampshade. All very pretty but pale. So I think for the next couple of weeks (soon christmas decorations will take over) I will put lime green flowers on the coffee table. So that's 1 less orchid in the house- so now I can add 1 more somewhere else - right???:D

I don't have anything against the orchids, but I do love the flowers on the hall table. What are they?

They are lillies Dmplus3. No one else here liked them when I bought them and I do love orchids- can you tell:D
