Did you get any presents for your house? Either something to decorate or use in the home.
We finally bought a new BBQ. It is all shiny and new, I hope it stays like that:). My DH is going to christen it tonight with some yummy garlic chicken.
The picture of it is below.
So what did you get?

I think i may be the melamine queen now.
I bought my kitchen 18 new melmine plates from Myers at the weekend, Ive been looking for new ones for ages. The ones i have i have had for 4 years and some a little longer.
Funny think i wasnt looking for them, but for bed linen, when I walked thru the crockery dept, they jumped out at me:eek:. And what a bargain. $9.95, reduced to $6.95 with a further 35% off. Making them under:D $5 each - I couldnt contain my excitement, and started chatting away to myself with glee.
I am now cleaning out all my kitchen cuboards and shelves and putting the old plates out for the camping box.
My best christmas pressie for the home was my new Ice cream maker, we have had some yummy desserts this week and put on about 5kgs each.:):)

House did not get any Christmas presents- but my DS managed to break some glasses, my quiche dish and one of my fave mixing bowls (no he didnt break them all at once ROFL) so I need to think about replacements.
Julie-Ann- what type of bbq is that? We are thinking of getting one...didnt realise how many were out there. I want one that is easy to clean :)

Hi Maree
My goodness your DS had a bad day lol. But at least now you can get a new dinner set.
The BBQ is a 4burner Beefmaster from BBQ Galore. They also sold us these BBQ wipes for cleaning, which DH is very happy with. They were so helpful & we bought all sorts of extras including a pizza stone which we have to use yet.
