I am new to this forum and we are about to start building our 3rd house. I am really looking forward to the challenge of building again even though it can be stressful. I just love the layout of our house which suits our family perfectly. Because it is our 3rd time building we knew exactly what we wanted and what we didn't want to include into our new home.
I did lots of research before we went to our colour selections appointment and hope the colours will work out the way I imagined. I am also looking forward to fitting out the house for example light fittings, painting feature walls and decorating kids rooms. Hoping to start building just after the New Year.

welcome i am to am new to the site i wish you well with your building of your new home. we finished building a new home about 18 months ago and i will agree with you can be stressful we had renovated 5 homes but it was first time webuild a new one

Sorry yvette72 I only saw your message today but thanks for your well wishes. I would find renovating more stressful than building but that's because I have never renovated before. Hope you are enjoying your new home.
