Another newbie - hiya

Hi everyone

Another newbie here :)
I'm in the process of having my home built and I'm hoping I can get some feedback on the selections I have made so far. I can't change anything, but confirmation that I've done o.k would be really nice :)
I have to make tile selections very soon, and this worries me so I'll be looking for suggestions on that as well.
